BJTU Weihai Campus has been closely caring about the students’ situations and needs, preparing heart-warming packs, organizing Covid-19 tests and shuttle buses for their convenience. Warm Gift Packages
On December 20, the Department of Student Development and Services, together with the Department of State-owned Assets Management, prepared a “warm heart gift bag” for the students, including nuts, N95 masks, fresh oranges, stationery sets, handwritten blessing cards, and customized masks printed with the words “Successful in Examination”. Customized masks printed with “Success in Examination” and fresh oranges symbolizing “Orange” are all expressions of good wishes for students studying for the exams.
Health Check
In order to help the students prepare nucleic acid test certificates according to the requirements, under the unified command of Weihai Campus Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group, all departments of the campus divided their work into cooperation and actively organized the faculty and staff members who met the double standard of “health + technology” to conduct nucleic acid samples for the students from December 21st to 23rd consecutively.
Transportation Guarantee
In order to facilitate the travel of the students, the Department of Logistics Service and Security, with the full cooperation of the campus property, cleared a road from the 20-centimeter-thick snow to the buses leading to the examination center.
Boarding and Sailing
Weihai Campus contacted the passenger transport company to arrange for the bus service, the students took the bus in good order, the Student Development and Services Department organized the students to arrive at the waiting point on campus in an orderly manner, the volunteers counted the number of people boarding the bus one by one and contacted them in time to ensure that no one of them was left out of the exams.
Send students to the station in snow and wind
In the cold winter, the road is long, snow and wind, but the heart of the students is always warmed. 23 December afternoon, campus leaders, counselors came to the south gate of the campus early to cheer for the students, 9 “love station buses” in the blessing of teachers and students, and drove out of the campus in an orderly manner.
