BJTU, Weihai has two canteens, student canteen and Muslin restaurant. While providing students with a variety of dishes, we also ensure food safety.
The student cafeteria has three floors, with a building area of 10,582 square metres. The ground floor is mainly for students‘ basic meals, supplemented by some flavourful snacks; the first floor flavourful restaurant is decorated in a quiet and elegant style, comfortable and pleasant, providing special food and western fast food for the dietary habits and characteristics of students from different regions; the third floor is equipped with a smart unmanned supermarket of Tmall, fruits, tea and drinks, and activity rooms for students’ associations.
The Hala Canteen has two floors: the ground floor is for basic meals, providing special noodle dishes; the first floor introduces social catering, providing intelligent catering, self-service hotpot, à la carte stir-fry, and other forms of dining needs, and has independent private rooms, providing a good dining environment for teachers and students.
The campus restaurant has sound rules and regulations, standardised daily management, and takes ‘teacher and student-oriented, service first’ as the goal to ensure food safety and continuously improve the satisfaction of teachers and students with the work of the restaurant. In its daily management, the Dietetic Service Centre takes ‘ISO9000 Quality Management System’ as the standard, strictly implements the Food Safety Law and the hygiene management system, and ensures that the teachers and students eat safe, nutritious and healthy food.
