“525” means ‘I love me’. In today's fast-paced life, learning to know yourself, treat yourself well and love yourself can correctly release pressure, maintain a positive mindset and better enjoy the campus time.
The activity was divided into three areas, including experience area, challenge area and exploration area. In the experience zone, students gave full play to their imagination and created on the dream drawing board, touching the colors, awakening inspiration and drawing their own dreams. There were even love and hugs from Big White, an ordinary hug that can relieve stress in life and give people the strength to keep going.

In the challenge area, there were two groups of people competing through tacit understanding, and there was also a balloon game full of unknowns. In the interpersonal collaboration and competition, students can not only relax and relieve the pressure of study and work, but also discover their own value, better understand themselves, and improve themselves in the challenge.

In the exploration area, students can talk about their worries and pour out their hearts through the 525 Worry Box. Students pasted the labeled paper they wrote on the display board or hung it on the tree to let their worries float away in the wind. By the 525 Worry Box, we can pour out our hearts, listen to others, and free our minds.
