In order to effectively promote labor education, carry forward the spirit of labor and promote students to form the habit of sorting out their belongings, the College of BJTU Weihai specially invited Ms WANG Yiqiao, a senior sorting and collecting teacher, to carry out a training on organizing.

In the afternoon of March 2, Wang Yijiao, an organizer, was invited to participate in a lecture on organizing knowledge at the Weihai Campus of Beijing Jiaotong University. Wang Yijiao gave a lecture on storage knowledge in the multi-purpose hall of Tianyou Academy, and demonstrated the steps of organizing and storage to the students on the spot.

On the morning of March 4, in order to let the students better understand how to organize and tidy up their dormitory, Wang Yijiao went to No. 3 and No. 4 apartments to teach them how to organize their own dormitory. She gave hands-on explanations for areas such as desktop, closet, and storage box, and carefully instructed how to keep the areas tidy and hygienic.

At the same time, Wang Yijiao proposed appropriate solutions for the narrow space that is usually easy to ignore and the waste of space caused by the accumulation of sundry things, and showed students how to organize this type of space.

After two training sessions, students learned how to organize desktops, closets, sundries and other areas to accommodate more items in limited space and make the dormitory tidier.
Weihai Campus has designated March as the “Patriotic Hygiene Campaign Month”, and the organizing training was the first shot in the series of activities. The college will also organize hygiene inspection, dormitory style exhibition and other special activities to cultivate students' sense of ownership and contribute to the construction of a hygienic environment on campus.
