BJTU Weihai Trade Union organized a feedback meeting

On Nov 4, BJTU Weihai Trade Union organized a feedback meeting for the members of the Campus Faculty & Staff Representatives Conference to cross check the implementation of representatives’ proposals by relevant Campus offices.
In accordance with the requirements for feedback on the proposals of the Faculty and Staff Representatives Conference，along with the practical work of the campus, the Weihai Campus organized the 2024 Faculty and Staff Congress Proposal Feedback Meeting on November 4th. Attendees included Li Xiangshan, Secretary of CPC Weihai Campus Committee; Liu Ying, Dean of Weihai International College; Bai Yanlei, Vice Dean and Chairman of the Labor Union; Xiao Guiping, Vice Dean; as well as representatives from the Faculty and Staff Representatives Conference and various functional departments.
Following this year's Faculty and Staff Representatives Conference, the campus labor union compiled and summarized the proposals, opinions from various delegations, and suggestions raised during departmental exchange meetings. These were then communicated to the relevant functional departments for feedback. Representatives from each group gathered feedback through internal group meetings, and group leaders presented their opinions and suggestions during the meeting. The relevant functional departments interpreted related policies and provided updates on the progress of their work.
Moving forward, the Weihai Campus will continue to strengthen communication between faculty representatives, labor union representatives, and campus functional departments. This will ensure the implementation and timely feedback of Faculty and Staff Representatives Conference proposals, jointly promoting the development of the campus and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the faculty and staff.
