A total of 40 participants, including deputy leaders of various sections, workshop managers, and key management staff from professional departments of the Jinan Bureau Group's power system, attended the training.

On May 7, Sun Wenbo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Weihai Campus, delivered the opening speech. On behalf of the campus, he welcomed the leaders and participants attending the opening ceremony and introduced the campus's basic situation in talent cultivation, scientific research, and social services. The campus tailored the training program to enhance participants' political capabilities, professional skills, and management abilities, providing high-quality teaching resources and support services. It is hoped that this training will contribute to the high-quality development of Jinan Bureau Group.

The 10-day training program, tailored to the actual development needs of the enterprise, invited experts including professors from Beijing Jiaotong University's School of Electronics and Information Engineering, researchers from the China Academy of Railway Sciences, and senior engineers from the Beijing Railway Communication Technology Center. The courses covered topics such as "Development of Railway Communication Technology," "Party Conduct and Integrity Building," "Centralized Traffic Control Systems," "Principles and Standards of Computer Interlocking," "Effective Management," "Operation Principles of Train Control Ground Systems," and "Integration of High-Speed Railway Train Control Systems."
