From September to November, peer psychological counselors guided by the Mental Health Education Center in BJTU Weihai Campus held a series of activities called "Decompression Workshop", hoping that students can understand themselves correctly and love themselves.
From September to November, the Mental Health Education Center of the Student Development and Service Department at the Weihai Campus organized the seventh season of the "Mind Relaxation Workshop" series, guided by peer psychological counselors. These activities aimed to help students better understand, appreciate, and embrace themselves.
On September 23–24, two sessions of the "Mid-Autumn Festival Lantern" themed activity were held. Participants chose their favorite lantern shapes and followed templates to create beautiful and practical lanterns. During the event, students immersed themselves in the artistic process.


On October 21, a "Frisbee Challenge" themed activity took place. Participants gathered on the sports field to play games combining bowling and frisbee. After getting to know each other, they formed teams for a friendly frisbee competition, with outstanding performers receiving small prizes. This activity not only strengthened students' physical fitness but also helped them release stress.


On November 4–5, two sessions of the "Cloisonné Art" themed activity were conducted. Participants adhered and combined different enamel wires on a background board to create various shapes. After completing their artworks, they hung them on the wall, leaving with both beautiful decorations and a sense of accomplishment.


On November 18–19, two sessions of the "Happy Weaving" themed activity were held. Peer psychological counselors collaborated with students from the 2021 Digital Media program to invite participants to weave mandrake patterns using different colored yarns. Immersed in the weaving process, participants found inner peace and relaxation.


Throughout the semester, a total of seven Mind Relaxation Workshop sessions were held, providing students with opportunities to engage in hands-on activities and experience the joy of life through sports. These activities subtly improved students' physical and mental well-being, helping them accept themselves and learn to love themselves more.
