Brief introduction of BJTU Weihai Campus Historical Association

The History Association of Beijing Jiaotong University (Weihai) was founded in September 2016 with the name of "Ancient and Modern History Society".

Since its establishment, the history club has produced a list of history books to encourage its members to read history books and to publish their reflections and impressions on history. In order to enrich college students' college life, the history society once held encyclopedia knowledge contests in the history culture festival and learning society and the science and technology association. In order to make Chinese students and students from other countries understand each other, the history club has held exhibitions on cultural exchange and collision with the ancient culture club and the association of foreign countries and international exchanges. The history club once encouraged its members to participate in the first "experts face to face" seminar salon held by Beijing Jiaotong University in Weihai.

International Communication Association of Beijing Jiaotong University Weihai Campus aims to broaden students' international vision, analyze hot issues from an international perspective, and enhance students' sense of responsibility and mission in the world. Through the Model UN Conference, Model APEC competition, academic training, Academic Salon and other forms, our club enables more students to get familiar with the operation mode, basic international relations and diplomatic knowledge of United Nations, and understand the impact of world events on their future, so as to keep up with the development trend of the times and become all-round international talents.

This club aims to advocate sustainable development. We inspire enthusiasm for science and encourage academic researching. Together with “the Belt and Road”, we promote regional economy and realize the innovative thoughts originated from all over the world.
