The Office of State-owned Assets Administration is the responsible department for procurement and asset management of the Weihai Campus of Beijing Jiaotong University. Under the joint leadership of the State-owned Assets Management Office and the Weihai Campus, the Department carries out procurement of goods and services, management of state-owned assets, management of land and buildings, management of leasing and lending, receiving and disposal of assets and other related work in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the university.
The Department of State-owned Assets Administration aims to support and serve the development of the campus, and aims to build a standardized and informative management model to unify the management of all assets and procurement matters of the campus, so as to ensure the healthy and orderly development of all undertakings of the campus.
国有资产管理部是北京交通大学威海校区采购与资产管理的负责部门，在学校国有资产管理处和威海校区的共同领导下，根据国家和学校的有关规定，围绕校区中心工作开展货物服务采购、国有资产管理、土地房屋管理、出租出借管理、资产接收与处置等相关工作。
国有资产管理部以支持与服务校区发展建设为宗旨，以建设标准化信息化管理模式为目标，统一管理校区的各项资产及采购事宜，保障校区各项事业健康、有序发展。
