Through logical analysis and evidence of modern scientific research, this report shows that the decision-making mechanism of simple rules is the norm of life and has the advantage of evolutionary survival. Simple rule decision-making mechanisms create the basic background of the human world. At present, the behavioral science research institute found a variety of behavioral deviations, but a simple rule decision-making mechanism in a variety of environment performance, is the ordinary performance of ordinary life. Further, we have explained through a series of cases that simple rule decision-making mechanisms can easily be made a big mistake in an increasingly complex human world. And to go beyond the ordinary, we need to form a systematic thinking. Systematic thinking is not born, need to learn to get, not everyone has, or even a person can carry out, is a social high-level way of thinking.

四、主要内容
本报告通过逻辑分析和现代科学研究的证据,说明简单规则的决策机制是生命的常态,有着演化生存优势。简单规则的决策机制造就了人类世界的基本底色。目前行为科学研究所发现的各种行为偏差,不过是简单规则决策机制在各种环境下的表现而已,是平凡生命的平凡表现。进一步,我们通过一系列的案例说明,对于越来越复杂的人类世界,简单规则决策机制容易铸成大错。而要超越平凡,需要形成系统性思维。系统思维不是天生就有,需要后天学习得到,不是所有人都具备,甚至不是一个人能进行,是人类一种社会性的高级思维方式。
