The Office of Human Resources,as the main personnel management department at Weihai Campus,is responsible for human resources management and labor security including staff recruitment,performance appraisal,faculty training,remuneration management, department development and other HR services.

人力资源部是威海校区人事工作的主要管理部门。围绕校区中心工作开展人才招聘、绩效考核、师资培训、薪酬管理、部门发展等人力资源管理及劳动保障工作。

威海校区成功举办新教职工培训—走进南海新区，讲好北交威故事

To help new staff adapt to the new environment, on Nov. 26 and 27 BJTU Weihai organized a visit to local government, enterprise incubator, and village to learn the development plan and achievements of the new city.

11月26-27日下午，威海校区人事管理办公室和工会组织新入职教师分两批参观南海新区，帮助新教师了解南海区情、发展规划和成就，以便更好地服务属地，讲好威海校区故事。

“经略海洋，拥抱深蓝。”老师们在观看南海新区宣传片时了解到：作为国家战略、山东半岛蓝色经济区重点建设的海洋经济新区由于地理位置的特殊性，不仅拥有宜人的气候，也拥有着得天独厚的交通运输条件，临港产业区、综合商务区、旅游度假区三区容纳万象，威海校区坐拥金花河，校区因此而更添灵动。

老师们参观了南海新区党群服务中心、智能投影谷、蓝色创业谷、3D打印展厅及东浪暖民俗馆，了解了南海新区的高新技术产业群，实地调研了大学生创业就业环境，感受党建促发展的新农村建设。
