This real work is an anti extrusion water bag made of a filter bottle stopper and TPU environmental protection material.When in use, first put the sewage into the water bag and tighten the bottle stopper. Open the bottle mouth and squeeze the water bag. Under the combined action of forward osmosis and reverse osmosis, the water will be filtered by biofilm material and carbon fiber tissue to intercept sludge and macromolecular particulate pollutants, so as to meet the demand of emergency drinking water in the field.
本实物作品是由过滤瓶塞和TPU环保材料制成的抗挤压水袋。在使用时首先将污水装入水袋中,旋紧瓶塞。打开瓶口,通过挤压水袋,在正渗透和反渗透的共同作用下,水会经由生物膜材料和碳纤维组织的双重过滤,截留污泥和大分子颗粒污染物,满足野外应急饮水的需求。
(1)通过抽滤实验和自主设计的正渗透实验,从处理难度、过水通量、抗冲击强度、截留效率等多个方面对选定的生物膜材料进行测试,确定最终适合净水袋结构的膜材料。
(2)设计了合适的净水袋结构,使其能够发挥正渗透和反渗透技术相结合的原理,加大过水通量,提高过滤效果。
(3)寻找了合适的材料和制作工艺,完成基于生物膜材料的正渗透净水袋实物制作。可以在一定次数内可以循环利用。其过滤净水效果肉眼可见。
