坚定理想信念，厚植爱国情怀———威海校区“青春告白祖国”主题团日活动完美收官

　　To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China, the Youth League Committee of Weihai Campus organized series of activities, themed at “Youth’s Confession of the Motherland” from September 16th to 26rd. Students from different grades participated in a variety of activities and expressed patriotic aspirations with their voice.

“铭记先烈洒热血，共创祖国新辉煌” 　——九·一八主题纪念活动顺利举行

On September 18, Weihai Campus held a series of activities to commemorate the Mukden Incident, including the flag-raising ceremony, signature ceremony and a theme lecture. These activities aimed at promoting students’ patriotism and enhancing their national pride.

昆士兰大学来威海校区进行留学宣讲

　　On September 12th, Angela Li, manager of International Engagement from Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology of the University of Queensland, came to BJTU Weihai Campus and gave the students a face to face introduction of its relevant post-graduate programs. Senior students from different majors attended and had a better understanding of how to choose the right program, how to apply for it and what it is like to study abroad.

“逐梦韶光，新路起航” ——2019级新生文艺晚会圆满落幕

　　On September 8, 2019 Freshman Gala Evening Party was successfully held on the second floor of Academic Exchange Center. A variety of programs were given by performers, including graceful dance, melodious songs and amazing rap. All performers presented a treat for the eyes and ears and attracted loads of applause. This party greatly released students’ pressure and enrich their daily life.

　　On June 27th, Weihai Campus students received a pre-departure training of how to connect alumni in No.1 lecture hall, which is part of the Summer Vocation Social Practices. ZHZANG Bo, Deputy Director of External Liaison and Cooperation Division, attend the meeting and delivered a lecture on alumni association and interview with alumni. This event aims to strength ties between alumni and their alma mater.
