Introduction to Rochester Institute of Technology
Rochester Institute of Technology (R · I · T), which was founded in 1829, is located in Rochester, New York and ranked 104 in 2020 US News. As one of the top 4% of the nearly 4000 colleges and universities in the United States, RIT has also been named "the most valuable university" by US News & World Report. Saunders college of business has consistently ranked in the top 5% of all business schools in the United States. It is one of the first business schools certified by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and ranks 66th in the undergraduate business category of US universities in 2020 US News. The Management Information Systems (MIS) major in cooperation with Beijing Jiaotong University is a major from Saunders college of business with traditional advantages. In 2020, the employment rate of graduates ranked sixth in the United States, and ranked 10th among today’s most popular Management Information Systems majors in USA.
二、管理规定
学生录取入学后，经复查合格后取得北京交通大学和罗切斯特理工学院学籍。学生如达不到北京交通大学和罗切斯特理工学院的学习要求，按照双方学校的规章制度执行。
学生入学后在北京交通大学威海校区学习（地址：山东威海南海新区现代路69号）。
Management Regulations
After admission, the students obtained the student status of both Beijing Jiaotong University and Rochester Institute of Technology. After enrollment, the students study on Weihai Campus of Beijing Jiaotong University (Address: No. 69, Xiandai Road, Nanhai New District, Weihai, Shandong).
