北京交通大学兰卡斯特大学学院是北京交通大学（英文简称BJTU）与英国兰卡斯特大学(英文简称LU)合作举办的中外合作办学机构（以下简称“大学学院”），为北京交通大学非独立法人的二级机构。
北京交通大学兰卡斯特大学学院本科项目设有6个专业，招生人数分别为通信工程（80人）、计算机科学与技术（120人）、工商管理（80人）、会计学（80人）、环境工程（80人）、数字媒体艺术（40人）.
Lancaster University College at Beijing Jiaotong University is collaborative founded by Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) and Lancaster University (LU). The college is a BJTU’s subordinate institution with dependent legal personality.
There are 6 majors at LU-BJTU joint undergraduate program, including Electronics and Communications(80), Computer Science(120), Business Studies(80), Accounting & Finance(80), Environmental Science(80), Digital Media Art(40).
一、兰卡斯特大学介绍
英方合作高校兰卡斯特大学（Lancaster University）始建于1964年，在英国和国际上均享有良好的学术声誉。兰卡斯特大学多次被评为英国优秀公立科研型大学，是学生最为满意的25所英国大学之一，在2021 QS世界大学排名中位列135名，在2021年TIMES英国综合大学排名中位列第六。兰卡斯特大学拥有全英国最优秀之一的环境科学系以及享誉国际的兰卡斯特大学管理学院(Lancaster University Management School，简称LUMS)。LUMS是英国排名前十的商学院，也是全球知名的商学院之一，具备三重认证（EQUIS, AACSB和AMBA）。
大学学院各专业将由兰卡斯特大学和北京交通大学教师联合授课，通过不断调整评估设置和评分等严格的质量保证措施来控制学术标准。
Introduction to Lancaster University
Lancaster University, our partner University in the UK, was founded in 1964, and enjoys a good academic reputation both in the UK and internationally. Lancaster University has been rated as the excellent public research university in the UK for many times, and is one of the top 25 universities with the most satisfaction of students. It ranks 135 in the 2021 QS World University Ranking and sixth in the UK General University Ranking in 2021. Lancaster University has one of the best Environmental Sciences departments in the UK and the internationally renowned Lancaster University Management School (LUMs). LUMs is one of the top 10 business colleges in the UK and one of the world's leading business colleges with triple certification (EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA)。
The majors of the University College will be taught jointly by teachers from Lancaster University and Beijing Jiaotong University, and the academic standards will be controlled through strict quality assurance measures such as constant adjustments of evaluation and scoring settings.
二、管理规定
学生录取入学后，经复查合格后取得北京交通大学和兰卡斯特大学学籍。学生如达不到北京交通大学和兰卡斯特大学的学习要求，按照双方学校的规章制度执行。
学生入学后在北京交通大学威海校区学习（地址：山东威海南海新区现代路69号）。
Management Regulations
After admission, the students obtained the student status of both Beijing Jiaotong University and Lancaster University. For students who fail to meet the learning requirements of Beijing Jiaotong University and Lancaster University, the rules and regulations of both universities shall be implemented in accordance.
After enrollment, the students study on Weihai Campus of Beijing Jiaotong University (Address: No. 69, Xiandai Road, Nanhai New District, Weihai, Shandong).
