The external engagement and training department is responsible for the management of alumni association, foundation, non-academic education and other society training. With the help of teaching platform, education and other social resources of all disciplines, it is aims to impart knowledge, repay society, inherit the culture of BJTU under the background of the school’s implementation of the "one school, multiple districts" development strategy.

外联与培训部负责管理威海校区校友会、基金会，承担校区非学历教育，主办和承办各类社会培训。在贯彻“一校多区”发展战略背景下，依托学校高水平的科教平台、一流师资和专业相关领域的社会资源，助力校区全面育人的同时，适时回馈社会，面向在职人员提供专业知识和技能培训，传承百年交大文化。关注校友成长，凝聚校友力量，支持校友企业。搭建学校与社会沟通联络的桥梁，全面推广校企合作，募集建设基金。利用国际化优势，开展非学历教育，开发培训业务，打造交大品牌精品培训课程。

济南源根企业团建拓展活动在威海校区举办

Staff of Ji’nan Yuangen Experienced Campus Life in BJTU Weihai

From July 2 to 4, forty employees of Yuangen, an enterprise from Ji’nan City, came to Weihai Campus for a three-day Team Building and Outbound Development, which featured experiencing campus life such as living in dorms, eating in Cafeteria, and joining in a physical education class.

为发挥企业员工潜能，增加企业竞争力，7月2日-4日，以住公寓、吃食堂、体验大学校园生活为特色的济南源根企业团建拓展活动在北京交通大学威海校区举办，来自山东各地的44名营销骨干人员参加了本次活动。

本次团建以“销售就是要玩转情商”和“一节北交大的体育课”为主题，通过课堂互动促使学员针对性的进行自我分析和诊断，增加自信心，同时让学员们在拓展中感受信任、协作、拼博、共赢、关爱。
