Prior to an academic career, Chris spent 12 years working in manufacturing as a production manager, leading cultural change programmes and implementing continuous improvement and competency-based training. Her specialist teaching areas are leadership, organisational behaviour and ethical responsibility. Engagement activities include supporting entrepreneurial businesses and community interest companies and working with a variety of NGOs. Her current research interests include research and publications in the area of pedagogical development and the intersection between leadership, organisational behaviour and social, environmental and economic contexts. Current publications are in the area of pedagogy and pluriversal research design.
